Welcome to WelcomeTap! These Terms of Service (“Terms”) explain how you can use our website, products, and services (the “Service”). By using WelcomeTap, you agree to these Terms.

1. Your Account

  • You’re responsible for keeping your account details safe.
  • Anything done under your account is your responsibility.

2. What You Can’t Do

Please don’t use WelcomeTap to:

  • Break the law.
  • Post or share harmful, misleading, or stolen content.
  • Disrupt or damage how WelcomeTap works for others.

3. Your Content

  • You own the content you create or upload.
  • By using WelcomeTap, you give us permission to store and display your content so the Service works.
  • Make sure your content doesn’t violate anyone else’s rights or the law.

4. Our Service

  • WelcomeTap is provided “as is” and “as available.”
  • We’re always improving, so features may be added, changed, or removed over time.
  • If someone breaks these Terms, we may suspend or close their account.

5. Payments & Subscriptions

  • Some parts of WelcomeTap cost money. Prices and payment details are shown when you subscribe or purchase.
  • Subscriptions renew automatically unless you cancel before the next billing date. To avoid renewal charges, please cancel at least 48 hours before the renewal time shown in your account.
  • Payments are generally non-refundable unless the law requires it.

6. Refunds & Cancellations

We want you to feel confident using WelcomeTap. That’s why we offer a 14-day refund window on your first subscription purchase.

Eligibility

  • You may request a refund within 14 days of your initial purchase if the Service was not as described or you faced a technical issue we couldn’t resolve after reasonable cooperation.
  • Digital content/access exception: if you’ve already started downloading, streaming, or otherwise using the Service beyond a fair evaluation, the 14-day refund right no longer applies.

Subscriptions & Renewals

  • Refunds generally apply only to your first subscription term.
  • No refunds for renewals, plan changes, add-ons, or unused subscription periods.
  • To avoid renewal charges, cancel at least 48 hours before your renewal date.

How to Request

Email support@welcometap.app from your registered account email, including your order reference and a short description of the issue.

Processing & Timelines

  • Approved refunds are always issued back to your original payment method.
  • We process approved refunds as quickly as possible, and always within 14 days of receiving your request.

Refund requests are reviewed case-by-case and remain at our discretion. This does not affect any statutory rights you may have under local law.

7. Privacy Policy

Your privacy matters to us. This section explains what data we collect, how we use it, and your rights.

Information We Collect

  • Account info: name, email, and password.
  • Content you create: guides, text, images, or other data you upload.
  • Usage data: how you interact with WelcomeTap (pages viewed, features used, device, and browser).
  • Payment details: securely handled by our payment providers—we don’t store full card numbers.

How We Use Information

  • To provide and improve the Service.

  • To communicate with you about updates, support, and billing.
  • To secure WelcomeTap and prevent misuse.
